Ehh, it happens

So, lately I've been having chest pain. and THAT worries me. So I went to the Doctor and what does he tell me? "Oh, it's nothing to worry about! you have Costochondritis!" "excuuuuuuuse me?? what does that mean??" Apparently it just means that the cartilage between my ribs and my sternum are inflamed and they hurt. A LOT. cool. at least I'm not dying today!

On another note! Miss Chloe Pica and I are going to the San Diego Zoo today!! Can't wait, suuuuper excited! I'll post pictures from our adventures later! =]

It has been DECIDED!!

So here's what has happened...

I'M GOING TO BE STUDYING ABROAD IN PRAGUE!!!

In Fall 2010 (August 30th, to be exact), I'll be on my way to London for 3 days, then Munich for a day, and then moving onto Prague for the semester! I've already turned in my application, sent off the first portion of the fees, and now.... I wait!

I have to do a few others things before my application is complete, so I'm trying to finish those up as quickly as possible so I can find out if I'm accepted sooner!

I'll be there Aug 30-Dec 30! So I am now officially beginning the "Help Lindsay study abroad" foundation. You can make checks payable to me. I kid, I kid!!

I'll keep everyone posted as I progress in my journey to studying abroad!

I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Study Abroad!!

So, before I hadn't decided where I wanted to study abroad and I was really torn as to where I want to spend a semester of my life!! First, I wanted to do Sydney, Australia. In all reality, I can't afford to go somewhere that's that expensive to live in! So Sydney was out. Then I thought that maybe London would be good!! They speak English, I could handle that. I'd like to know the language. But that's really expensive too... hmmmm. Limerick, Ireland was my next option. Limerick would be great! But again, dang it! They're on the Euro. I got really disappointed for a while there. It's disheartening realizing that I can't afford any of this! Well. I've FINALLY MADE A DECISION!! I'm going to Prague, Czech Republic for a semester in Fall 2010!! Tomorrow I'm talking to my dad and working out the finer details of the money issue, what I need to earn by the time I go, if I'll need to take out a loan (this is basically a yes =/ ). Anyway, I'm happy to finally have made a decision. I'm nervous about the language barrier, but I'm sure that I'll work through it! I'll keep everyone posted on the progress of me getting to study abroad!
